Your Role
As a John Deere (Agricultural) Technical Sales Representative, youll serve as the bridge between our innovative products and our clients needs. You'll combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on our range of agricultural products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
* Conduct technical presentations and product demos to prospects and clients.
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or custom solutions.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
* Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Attend industry trade shows, events, and conferences as needed.
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience (7+ Years) in John Deere (Agricultural) technical sales, parts management, account management, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Experience / Qualifications
* Experience in John Deere Sales Management for a minimum of 7+ years
* Qualifications in Engineering, Business, or related field would be an advantage.
* CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Familiarity with John Deere Products and Services - Agriculture Division
