customer service professional
to join our
Customer Solutions Team
.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day

* Be the first point of contact for customer phone enquiries nationwide
* Handle inbound calls including orders, product enquiries, quotes, service requests, and problem solving
* Maintain and update our CRM system with accuracy
* Identify trends in customer issues and recommend solutions to address root causes
* Provide feedback to support continuous improvement within the team

What We're Looking For

* Previous customer service experience, ideally in an industrial or commercial contact centre environment
* Excellent communication and phone manners
* Intermediate computer literacy, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and a solutions-focused approach
