The Company

Our client is a national tier 3 commercial builder with a strong presence in the WA market, delivering Design & Construct projects across the industrial and commercial sectors, typically valued between $5M and $40M. Known for their high-quality builds, repeat clientele and positive team culture, they're a builder of choice for industrial warehouses, low-rise commercial buildings and complex design-driven structures.

The Role

This is an office-based role for an experienced Contract Administrator / Estimator with strong knowledge of the Perth market who enjoys working in a tight-knit team where your contribution is recognised. You'll work directly with the project delivery team and Managing Director, supporting pre-construction and contract management across a steady pipeline of work.

What You'll Be Doing

* Tender preparation, cost estimating and BOQs across upcoming commercial and industrial projects.
* Management of head contract and subcontractor agreements, claims, variations and payments.
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and documentation.
* Some site visits as needed to support project teams.

What You'll Need:

* 3–5+ years' experience as a Estimator in commercial construction or industrial D&C projects. Contract Administrator experience is also desirable.

* Previous experience across $5M+ projects, ideally in tilt-up or steel frame construction.
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of head contracts, subcontracts, cost management, and variations.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and industry estimating or project software.
* Must be a permanent Australian resident.
