Job Description

The role involves supporting the operation of a manufacturing facility, overseeing plant and facilities equipment operations. This includes engineering support for renovations, upgrades, retrofits, modernizations, and repairs. Collaboration with the site quality team is essential to align initiatives with quality goals and standards.

The engineer will develop and maintain engineering systems and practices to meet regulatory and organizational requirements. This includes managing construction projects, conducting design reviews and life cycle analysis, and implementing commissioning and validation procedures.
\
Additionally, the engineer will oversee operations of sterilization, building automation, and HVAC systems, as well as manage facility maintenance contracts. They will also collaborate with the Global Energy Team on energy needs and sustainability goals, and participate in global initiatives on renewable energy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
\
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
* Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
* Knowledge of EPA and DEM regulations.
* Experience with preventative maintenance.
* Knowledge of building management controls.
* Ability to respond to operational issues outside regular hours.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
