The Client

With a long and proud history of creating places that meet the needs of their very happy customers, an exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Marketing Executive to join an established and market-leading business.
The Role
The purpose of the role is to assist in maximising financial performance by implementing innovative marketing campaigns incentre and online, evaluate marketing performance, and collaborate with internal teams, retailers, customers and external contractors.
Review, coordinate & implement content via digital platforms, campaigns, events & activations across shopping centre portfolio
Build close relationships & work closely with internal/external stakeholders
Assist with the delivery of a variety of initiatives across the business, local & national retailers
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the marketing plan and shopping centre direction
Manage the marketing budget and financial processes
Analyse and report on retailers' sales performance and customer traffic
Manage all digital components with an integrated approach
Understand the shopping centre, its customers, trade area, strengths and limitations
Engage with Retailers and relevant local groups and committees
Skills & Experience
Solid verbal, written, and organisational skills.
Be a problem solver, be able to make decisions but be a collaborative team player who can take direction.
Have positive interpersonal skills, to attain the best outcomes through working with the people around you - colleagues, retailers, contractors, customers, community and industry contacts.
