To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* A proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services
* Comfort and confidence in a collaborative and agile working environment
* Resourcefulness, forward-thinking, and a passion for effecting real change for both clients and community
* An understanding that people are our most important asset
* The ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
* Sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen
