We require an energetic, highly motivated professional to develop a career in quality for our privately owned manufacturing business. Reporting directly to the Quality & Compliance Manager, the ideal candidate will support Digga's growth and provide assurance that all materials produced meet relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct internal audits and support external audits to maintain ISO 9001 accreditation.
* Continuously improve, implement and maintain policies, standards and procedures.
* Prepare and submit routine reports as required.
* Create initiatives to enhance customer service satisfaction.
* Assist in fostering a strong quality culture by delivering internal training on Digga's quality system.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience with ISO 9001 required.
* Qualifications in internal auditing, quality or related fields essential.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
* Leadership qualities and/or a desire to develop these skills.
* In‑depth understanding of quality control procedures and production standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing business requirements.
* High communication and problem‑solving skills – knowledge of Ishikawa diagram or 5‑why analysis highly desirable.

A good working knowledge of manufacturing principles is expected; experience in machinery design, fabrication principles, automotive, or mining equipment is preferred and advantageous.
