Responsibilities:Assisting the Sous Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchenAssist in producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienicallyMaintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standardsUsing all equipment, tools, and machines appropriatelyWorking closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staffMaintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guestsAbout You:Have a minimum of 6 months full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)Experience in a similar role (restaurant background preferred)Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressureSkilled in time management and organisationWHAT MAKES US SPECIAL IS WHO WE ARE, AND WE ARE HILTON
