We are seeking an experienced and reliable System Administrator to manage our IT systems, ensure data security, and provide technical support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the Support Foundation internal portal and login systems
* Perform onboarding and offboarding of staff and support workers, ensuring appropriate access controls
* Monitor, manage, and test server backups and disaster recovery processes
* Provide IT support to staff and support workers, resolving system, hardware, and software issues
* Manage and update client data in internal databases in line with privacy and NDIS compliance requirements
* Maintain and update the Support Foundation website, including content updates and system security
* Implement, monitor, and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect systems and sensitive client information
* Conduct regular system checks, security audits, and documentation of IT processes
* Ensure IT systems comply with organisational policies, privacy laws, and NDIS standards
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related IT field
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
* Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not essential)
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and cybersecurity best practices
* Experience working with sensitive data in a regulated environment
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
