About the Job Opportunity
As a Site Supervisor in Landscaping, you will work closely with a collaborative site team in a hands-on capacity, overseeing the construction of high-quality landscape projects.
* Leading and working alongside the site team on the construction of complex landscape features, including adventure playgrounds, creek beds, timber and metal structures, concrete works, softscape installation, and retaining walls.
* Operating heavy machinery and equipment.
* Reading plans and setting out heights and levels with precision.
* Sustaining site safety protocols and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating site activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Maintaining accurate records of site progress and data.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve site-related issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements
* Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a site supervision role.
* Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
