The newly structured role of CEO will work closely with the Founding Directors and existing leaders, taking responsibility for defining the future strategy, driving revenue and ensuring the appropriate structures are in place to underpin growth.
Whilst the primary objective of the role is to ensure that all the business operates effectively, the purpose of the role is to enhance the business through astute commercial decision making, optimising efficiency and effectiveness wherever possible. This is a key leadership role driving change and growth, uplifting the leadership team's capability and setting the business up for a step change and furthering the businesses existing impressive success.
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated strengths as a leader of people and business, ideally in the hospitality/events industry. Alternatively you may be an accomplished and ambitious leader from similar multi-site, dynamic operating environments such as retailing. You will probably have worked in both more nimble companies and larger organisations and understand the necessity of balancing both operational excellence with the quest for continued business success.
