Senior React Developer / Tech Lead – TypeScript, Tailwind
LTM Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer / Technical Lead to join a large-scale digital transformation program, delivering modern, scalable front-end solutions across enterprise environments.
This is a hands-on role suited to a front-end specialist with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, combined with strong experience in frontend architecture, design systems, and high-quality UI engineering.
Key Requirements
* Strong experience with React.js and TypeScript
* Tailwind CSS (essential)
* Expertise in frontend architecture, design systems, and theming
* Proven ability to convert Figma designs into scalable, production-ready components
* Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG / ARIA)
* Experience building responsive, performant, and pixel-perfect user interfaces
Nice to Have
* Experience with React Native
* Familiarity with Redux, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest)
* Exposure to enterprise-scale digital or customer-facing platforms
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading front-end development across high-impact B2B and B2C applications
* Driving best practices across code quality, performance, and scalability
* Collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
* Mentoring engineers and contributing to technical direction and architecture
