Are you seeking a flexible, short-term administrative role at the University of Queensland?
UQ Temps offers a wide range of diverse casual opportunities across the University in areas such as:
* General Administration
* Executive Assistant
* Student and Academic Administration
* Research Administration
* Junior Web Developer
Your responsibilities may vary depending on the role but can include:
* Managing electronic diaries, booking meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Organising committee/meeting activities, including preparing agendas, scheduling and minute taking.
* Maintaining administration systems and managing daily priorities.
* Organising domestic and international travel arrangements as required.
* Conducting research and data analysis to support projects and reports.
* Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures for documentation, correspondence and matters processed through the office.
* Assist with the design, development, implementation and evaluation of Website using Drupal.
* Performing other administrative duties as required.
About You
We are looking for candidates who bring:
* Relevant experience in administration, business or executive support.
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
* Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
* Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
* The ability to quickly adapt and contribute in fast-peace environments.
* A proactive and flexible attitude to meet the needs of different teams.
* A broad understanding of administration procedures and structures.
* Experience in web applications development using Drupal (for web focused role).
