At Wearthy, we design and build bespoke nature-inspired playscapes that nurture creativity, resilience, and connection in children. Our approach is shaped by the Ecology of Play—a philosophy that recognises children thrive when play environments are diverse, natural, and connected.
We are seeking an experienced Landscaper with a love for horticulture and planting to help bring our playscapes to life. This role involves working across both softscapes (the living, green elements) and hardscapes (the built, structural features).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver softscape works: soil prep, turfing, planting, mulching, sensory gardens
* Install, test, and maintain irrigation systems
* Build small hardscape features: edging, retaining, decking/pergolas, sandpits, paving, concreting
* Work with natural materials (timber, stone, logs, boulders) to create child-friendly play zones
* Maintain tidy, safe sites and document progress (photos/notes)
* Collaborate with the team, subcontractors, and clients
This is a full-time role worked across 4 days, giving you balance, breathing space, and energy to bring your best to work and life. We offer a supportive, caring culture where people come first, projects that directly shape children's play and learning, and opportunities to grow.
