Electronics Technician
Deliver results-driven electronic system projects with a collaborative and dynamic team. As an Electronics Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely project delivery to quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Accurately completing Surface Mount and Through-Hole PCB Population using Hand/Manual/Automatic Pick and Place machines
* Reworking and repairing electronic assemblies, identifying faults, and implementing effective solutions
* Manufacturing high-quality cables and wire harnesses through soldering and crimping techniques
* Expertly controlling enclosure fabrication, including front panel design, cutouts, mounting, wiring, and thorough testing/validation
* Diligently diagnosing and fault-finding legacy electronic equipment
* Following precise engineering schematics and assembly drawings accurately
* Effectively managing configuration of designs, including accurate Bill of Materials (BoM) adherence
* Providing technical guidance to junior staff and conducting regular peer reviews
* Actively participating in meetings and fostering a collaborative work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
