Senior Physiotherapist Role
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Coastal Hospitals. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for patients with a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Supervising and mentoring junior physiotherapists to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital performance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a physiotherapist.
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services in a hospital setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

* Base salary of $122,597 - $130,265 per annum.
