**About the role**
The Manager Service Accounts is responsible for leading geographical dispersed teams in effectively delivering the Systems Group IT service catalogue to agreed levels of standards and in establishing stakeholder relationships to facilitate communication, engagement, business understanding and effective issues resolutions.
**About You**
As a senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and assessment of IT services across TAFE NSW. With a high proficiency in engaging and consulting with executive and senior management, you will be a trusted advisor with the ability to advocate for both the customer and systems group.
To be considered for the role you will have:
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Expert applied knowledge and understanding of Systems Group (IT) service delivery practices, standards and technologies in an enterprise-grade computing environment.
- Expert level experience in achieving technology outcomes with senior stakeholders through effective business partnering and high-level focus on customer service.
