Job Title: Senior Operations Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams in a dynamic contact centre environment
* Enhance staff engagement, guide capability growth and support positive change management while driving operational excellence
* Provide technical guidance or advice to clients and staff to resolve complex issues
* Deliver contract management activities including outsourcing services
* Coordinate and monitor work/case management activities, provide advice to resolve workforce and workload issues
* Collaborate with business partners to ensure business requirements are met
* Translate insights into actions to resolve procedural or technical issues
