About The Chance
As an Advanced Clinical Coder and highly skilled health information qualified, you will be responsible for accurately translating clinical documentation from patient medical records into standardized diagnostic and procedural codes. These codes are used for hospital funding, activity‐based funding (ABF), morbidity reporting, research, healthcare planning, and compliance with national coding standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Reviewing complex inpatient and outpatient medical records.
* Assigning accurate codes using systems such as:
* ICD-10-AM
* ACHI
* ACS
