Overview
Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join our high-performing Mackay Operations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead critical shutdown and maintenance work across multiple sites in the Bowen Basin, including Dragline and Wash Plant projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate mechanical crews during shutdowns.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.
- Work across various sites with a robust pipeline of scheduled shutdowns.
- Opportunity to work short-term or back-to-back shutdowns.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What you will bring
- Proven experience supervising mechanical teams in mining or heavy industry.
- Dragline and wash plant experience advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Relevant trade qualifications and supervisory tickets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shutdown environment.
- Open drivers licence.
