9D Care offers a variety of supports and assistance to residents in the Melbourne Region, VIC. We are looking for individuals who can provide practical and emotional help to others, drawing on their own life experiences to build rapport and relationships.
The role is casual and will be based in Warrandyte, VIC. This opportunity provides flexibility and the chance to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
We require our Support Workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic. They must be able to provide quality care and support to our clients.
We look for individuals with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in helping others. Relevant hobbies and experience in outdoor pursuits and activities are also desirable.
We value individuals who have some extra time and appreciate being with others. A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or equivalent is required. Additionally, applicants must be physically capable of meeting the requirements of the role and hold a valid First Aid Certificate.
Applicants should also have relevant visa or working rights in Australia and at least one year of experience supporting people with disabilities.
