About the Role
We are looking for a Service Review Analyst to drive meaningful change across the City of Hobart. This role contributes to the city by driving analysis activities, including business process assessment, data capture and assessment, drafting reports and proposing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyzing service delivery using established frameworks
* Capturing and analyzing data to identify opportunities for better services
* MAPPING AND VISUALISING WORKFLOWS THROUGH CONSULTATIONS AND WORKSHOPS
* Turning data into clear actionable insights for improvement
* SUPPORTING REPORTING CHANGE INITIATIVES AND COMMUNICATION OF FINDINGS ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION
