Job description
* Remote Administration & Rostering Officer. This is a casual / part-time position that will see you play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organisation. You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to rostering, administration, and reception services for our clients and staff.
Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)
Reception and Administration Duties
* Answer incoming telephone calls, text messages and emails and respond to all enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Client Onboarding
* Obtain initial information for new referrals and commence intake processes.
* Prepare and send welcome packs to new clients.
* Maintain accurate records of client intake and onboarding documentation.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure readiness for service commencement.
Rostering Support
* Maintain and update staff rosters in line with service delivery needs.
* Communicate changes to rosters promptly to relevant staff and clients.
* Work with managers to ensure shifts are filled and changes are recorded accurately.
Service Delivery Support
* Liaise with team leaders, support workers, and managers to facilitate efficient communication and service delivery.
* Coordinate meeting schedules.
Quality and Compliance
* Contribute to a safe working environment for self, colleagues and participants and report any concerns promptly.
* Ensure organisational safety, quality and risk policies are followed.
* Report any urgent or significant incidents to managers for prompt attention and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Assist with booking arrangements for meetings and group events including planning, preparation and setting up conference / meeting rooms.
* Support with diary management and arranging appointments.
* Any other administrative tasks as requested from time to time.

About You:
Qualifications, experience and training
* Minimum of Certificate III in Business, Office Administration or equivalent and/or relevant experience in administration or office support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Experience using client management and rostering software (e.g Brevity).
* Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
* Valid Driver's license
* Completion of NDIS worker orientation module

Job Type: Casual, Part-Time hours.
* Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours:
25 hours spread across Mon-Fri each week.
