Your role will require you to converse with our guests by explaining our menu and beverage options, assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible. If you are working outside at our beautiful Lagoon or Adults only pools, you will be running food and drinks to your section, while also ensuring that tables and Cabanas are kept clean and tidy.
We require you to be available minimum 4 days a week (35+hours) and have flexibility on the days and hours that you are available.
To be successful you will have an RSA and NSW Food Handler Basics certificate, be a strong team player working well with colleagues, floor staff and our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
* Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
* Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 4 - 6 month commitment to the resort.
* Previous hotel, resort or restaurant experience would be highly regarded
* Availability to work a variety of hours and days
* Current NSW RSA and drivers licence
* Current NSW Food Handler Basics Training Certificate or happy to complete
* Previous experience working as a Food and Beverage attendant or Waiter
* The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
* High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
* Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients
* Actively demonstrate pride in your work
* Strong work ethic and punctuality
