We are seeking an experienced and reliable Night Audit Supervisor to join our team in a hybrid overnight role, combining responsibilities of Night Duty Manager and Night Host. This position is offered on a casual basis, approximately 30 hours per week.
This role is ideal for someone confident working overnight, capable of leading night operations independently, and passionate about delivering calm, professional guest service during late-night hours.
You will oversee overnight operations, manage night audit procedures, support late arrivals and in-house guests, conduct property checks, and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team.
About You
* Previous experience in a night audit or overnight hotel role is essential
* Proven guest service experience within a hotel or resort environment
* Confident working independently during night shifts
* Calm, reliable and solutions-focused, especially in unexpected situations
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* OPERA Cloud knowledge preferred
* Comfortable working a rotating overnight roster, including weekends and public holidays
