We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to contribute to designing and delivering solutions across our product experiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with engineers during the development cycle, coordinating in-flight work, reviewing completed work and owning team delivery.
Work with engineers to break down complex technical tasks into smaller deliverable pieces and prepare ticket requirements.
Prepare high-level concept designs for internal review and detailed designs and UX flows, working with the product team to define scope.
Attend team meetings to clarify scope, test ideas and collect feedback.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Contribute to release notes.
Monitor production support for issues raised by customer support teams, perform triage and ticketing for fixes if required.

Requirements:
Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to plan, prioritise and deliver work.
Proficiency in Figma, creating UI libraries and design systems, and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
Experience in web app and/or mobile app design.
Familiarity with AI tools is beneficial.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting deadlines.
