About the Role
As a Qualified Electrician, you'll be part of a small, supportive team responsible for delivering high-quality electrical work, predominantly on new builds, with additional exposure to commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You will contribute to a positive, professional, and well-coordinated site environment. This role suits someone who is reliable, organised, proactive, and committed to doing the job right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete electrical installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to a high standard
* Maintain strong productivity, reducing call-backs and supporting team efficiency
* Manage materials effectively and prepare for daily tasks to minimise downtime
* Accurately complete job notes, Simpro entries and ensure compliance in line with company expectations.
* Ensure workmanship aligns with Australian Standards and project specifications
* Communicate professionally with clients, builders, team members, and apprentices
* Uphold all safety protocols, PPE standards, SWMS/SWPs and contribute to a zero-incident culture
About You
* Trade-qualified Electrician with QLD electrical licence
* Experience across domestic, commercial or industrial projects
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Comfortable with documentation and job management systems (Simpro training provided)
* Professional, reliable, and respectful onsite
* Enjoys being part of a supportive team environment
* Safety-focused with strong communication skills
* Motivated to grow, learn, and deliver consistent high standards
