Support Care Associate

We are seeking Support Care Associates to join our team in Tasmania. As a Support Care Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and assisting with personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
\
2. Provide support with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
\
3. Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote their well-being
\
4. Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
\
5. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
\
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
\\
8. Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection

9. Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment

10. Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

11. Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desired)
\
12. Current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle
\
13. Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation

14. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
\
15. A desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others
