Job Description
This casual role involves providing support and care to seasonal workers, helping them assimilate into their environment and develop skills for independent living in a new country.
The worker's key point of contact, you will address their enquiries, help them develop problem-solving skills, build trust and strong relationships, assist with access to services, and act as a communication link between workers, the host employer, and other stakeholders.
* Build trust and strong relationships with workers to understand and address their concerns.
* Assist workers with access to services such as medical care.
* Act as a communication link between workers, our client, and us.
* Identify and escalate risks to worker wellbeing.
This is a flexible role with seasonal hours, averaging approximately 25 hours per week, increasing during peak season. You will require flexibility with working hours, including availability for out-of-hours work and weekends.
Responsibilities
* To be the primary point of contact for seasonal workers and provide support and guidance as needed.
* To communicate effectively with workers, host employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
* To identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise, escalating them to relevant parties where necessary.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

* A valid driver's license to provide on-ground support.
