QuickSteps is an adult Ballroom & Latin dance studio offering classes in salsa, bachata, waltz, foxtrot, west coast swing, tango and more. We deliver 350–400 lessons per week and require a full-time Dance Studio Manager to assist with daily studio coordination.
Role Responsibilities
* Assist with teacher scheduling and basic team supervision
* Support membership administration and enquiries
* Help maintain positive relationships with existing studio members
* General studio operations and customer service tasks
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will ideally have:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays
* An interest in dance or fitness environments
(No formal dance experience required.)
