Position Summary :
This role is responsible for the management of all incoming and outgoing products including meeting the required storage requirements and production schedules.

Job Responsibility :
* Perform condition checks on packed product at dispatch
* Check that the trade description on completed cartons are correct
* Performs weekly/monthly stock takes
* Monitors storage and movements of all products
* Manages all incoming and outgoing movements
* Ensures all raw material harvested is put through the cool change cycle and available to meet product schedules and orders
* Maintains the Batch Management to ensure schedules meet customer requirements
* Maintains Batch Management with estimated production dates which forms the production schedule
* Determining system improvements; implementing change.
* Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet standards
* Constantly reviews the inventory management process, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Participates in projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs
* Ensures all records in relation to product usage, production, movement and dispatch are maintained and accurate
* To achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews
* Conduct area inspections and audits
* Any other duties that are requested
