The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.
While this role begins as a casual position for up to 4 days a week, we are looking for more than just a temporary fill-in. At Ballina Dental Group, we highly value stability and loyalty. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us; for the right fit, we are very open to transitioning this into a long-term employment opportunity with more shifts in the future.
Key Details
* Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays (Minimum). Possibly four days a week for the right candidate.
* Flexibility: Must be available to be on-call to provide cover for the team when needed.
* Trial Period: We will conduct a review after the first month to ensure the role is the right fit for both you and our team.
* Expansion Opportunities: We have a sister clinic in Goonellabah, meaning there will be occasional opportunities to pick up extra shifts there as needed.
* Future Growth: For a candidate who excels, we offer the opportunity to be cross-trained in Reception, providing you with a diverse skill set within the clinic.
What You'll Need
* Experience: Prior experience as a dental assistant is preferred.
* Mobility: A current Driver's Licence is preferred to allow you to travel between our Ballina and Goonellabah locations.
* Attitude: A professional, "can-do" approach and a commitment to patient care.
