HR Coordinator – Join APCO's People & Culture Team!

Location: APCO Support Office – Geelong
Work Type: Part time x 3 days

Love people and paperwork? Thrive on keeping things organised but also enjoy bringing fun, culture, and wellbeing to life? Then you might be the next superstar to join our People & Culture team at APCO Service Stations!

We're an Australian-owned, family-run retail network with service stations, cafés and supermarkets across VIC and beyond — and we're looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional support across our Retail Network and Support Office.

You'll work closely with our People & Culture Manager to keep everything running smoothly — from HR compliance and policy updates to maintaining our intranet, HRIS and coordinating training. But it's not all serious business — we're passionate about creating a positive, engaging workplace culture where wellbeing, recognition, and a few laughs are just as important as processes and checklists.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting day-to-day HR administration (contracts, onboarding, compliance records, and systems management).
* Keeping our HR documentation, policies, and intranet up to date and looking sharp.
* Assisting with fun People & Culture initiatives — think wellbeing activities, recognition programs, and training workshops.
* Helping to keep our culture strong across a large retail network.

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in an HR administration or coordination role.
* Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through (you love a well-ticked checklist!).
* Strong communication and people skills — approachable, proactive, and genuinely caring.
* Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills along with the ability to create amazing looking documents.
* Someone eager to grow their HR career and get hands-on across a variety of People & Culture projects.
