Job Title: Administrative Claims Support Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our Claims Team as a part-time Administrative Claims Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.

In this position, you will provide administrative support to our Claims Team, including preparing claims and legal documentation, drafting correspondence, and liaising with members, witnesses, experts, court, and tribunal staff.

You will also be responsible for providing assistance to members via our telephone call service, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and processing invoices and monthly billings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Claims Team, including preparing claims and legal documentation, drafting correspondence, and liaising with members, witnesses, experts, court, and tribunal staff.
* Assist members via our telephone call service.
* Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
* Process invoices and monthly billings.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A strong background in administration, preferably in an insurance or legal environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fast and accurate typing skills.
* The ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and show attention to detail.
* A high level of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Experience in preparing and maintaining case files.
