About The Role
We are expanding and seekingfull-time Manufacturing Operativesto join our Sunshine Coast team. These roles rotate between morning and afternoon shifts and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Following safety management systems to prevent incidents and drive continuous improvementComplying with HACCP and GMP standardsOperating high-volume food manufacturing, processing, and packaging equipmentCompleting quality control checks, inspections, and audits using digital systemsPerforming line-level operational tasksCollaborating within a diverse, cross-functional teamParticipating in improvement activities (TPM) and contributing to operational excellence
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced production environment and bring a strong safety-first mindset. You are adaptable, proactive, and committed to quality. You'll also bring:
Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shiftsFlexibility to work across multiple production roomsPrevious experience in manufacturing or production operationsStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocolsAbility to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solvingEffective communication and organisational skillsExperience with TPM systems (preferred)Ability to support root cause analysis activities
