We are seeking an extraordinary professional with a passion for people, wellness and longevity to apply for a part-time receptionist position, with the title: Be Well Keeper.
Responsibilities include:
* Reception duties include checking in members, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phones, responding to emails, managing payments, general administrative duties.
* Lead nurture and sales, following up with enquiries, assisting with tours of the space and obtaining new members
* Assisting with both the pack up and pack down of classes, recovery, and exercise equipment.
* Caring for and maintaining a beautiful clean and organised space
Essential requirements:
* Intermediate computer proficiency (scheduling software, email, etc)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Extremely friendly and outgoing
* High attention to detail and organisation
* Strong English language, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Highly Desirable:
* Sales and marketing experience
* Interest in health, wellness and fitness
* Mat and reformer Pilates qualification
* Personal training qualification
* First Aid Certificate and CPR
