We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at AC Perfect Connection Pty Ltd in Cairns, Queensland. As a full-time Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our business operations. What you'll be doing
* Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks
* Communicate with drivers, tour leaders, and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness, service bookings, and readiness
* Provide support to other departments when required
* Perform other administrative duties as required to support the operations team
What we're looking for
* Good organisational and multitasking abilities
* Minimum of three years' total driving experience (overseas and Australian experience combined)
* Experience in transport or tourism is an advantage but not essential
* Hold a valid Australian work visa (including WHV or Student Visa)
