Overview

Richmond Lighting is an independent lighting company specialising in architectural and decorative lighting sales and design. We are a small, supportive team bringing more than 30 years of lighting experience and design expertise to our architectural, designer, trade and retail clients. We are looking for a Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator to work full-time in our Richmond showroom.

Responsibilities

* Supporting the Lighting Sales consultants by completing a range of sales and administrative tasks that support sales and customer order fulfilment.
* Engaging with clients and suppliers, as part of the sales support role.
* Developing, delivering and managing marketing content across a broad range of digital and traditional platforms to drive sales.
* Using web content management systems, social media platforms, cloud-based sales and CRM tools.
* Managing the marketing calendar, email marketing database growth, EDM campaign creation, content ideation, copy creation, analytics and performance.
* Contributing to the general day to day activities and presentation of our Richmond showroom.

Desired skills and experience

* Flexibility and a can-do mindset alongside a strong work ethic.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven experience in building an online and social media presence for a lighting, interiors or retail brand to generate sales.
* Experience with website content management systems, MS Office and cloud-based applications. Experience with Squarespace and Adobe Creative Suite will be highly regarded.
* Architectural or Interior Design industry experience or a strong interest in the design industry.
