Your new role
As the Subdivision Inspection Supervisor, you'll lead and coordinate inspections of subdivision construction works and private developments, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements. You'll integrate new civil assets into operational and maintenance schedules, liaise with internal teams, and provide expert advice to management. This is a leadership role where you'll manage budgets, guide contractors, and champion safety and quality across all projects.
What you'll need to succeed
A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or significant experience in civil infrastructure construction and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of subdivision development, public sector infrastructure standards, and contract administration.
Experience managing staff and contractors, with proven leadership and communication skills.
Ability to interpret legislation, codes, and standards, and apply them effectively.
Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Current C-Class Driving Licence, White Card, and Basic Worksite Traffic Management accreditation.
