Job Description:
This role represents an exciting opportunity to support the effective delivery of change across the organisation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Change Calendars: Ensure all changes are logged, assessed, and approved in line with our processes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for change-related queries.
* Coordinate Change Meetings: Schedule, prepare agendas, document minutes and actions.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting of change requests and outcomes.
* Assist in analysing change impacts and communicating with stakeholders across departments.
You will work closely with the Change Lead to design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new systems and processes. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation of change management activities, including plans, reports, and stakeholder communications.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a Change or Project Management Office environment.
* Excellent Organisational Skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working with change management tools and reporting systems.
