About This Role:
* Leverage strategic ERP initiatives expertise to deliver end-to-end Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pioneer functional design and delivery for Oracle SCM modules, promoting seamless integration and enhanced business processes.
* Drive informed decision-making through expert ERP strategy, architecture, and roadmap planning.
* Oversee implementations, upgrades, and enhancements of Oracle SCM solutions, ensuring maximum ROI.
* Develop comprehensive documentation for integrations and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI), facilitating data-driven insights.
* Cultivate stakeholder engagement and ensure governance and compliance across all aspects of the project.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 3 years in a lead/principal role.
* Proven track record of success in large-scale ERP implementations, driving innovation and growth.
* Expertise in SCM modules: Procurement, Sourcing, Inventory, Product Hub, Manufacturing, Costing, with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration and effective team management.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Project Costing, Tax, HCM.
* Experience in regulated industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Government).
* Awareness of Enterprise Contracts, PPM, Financials Cloud.
