Job Description
We have a permanent full‐time opportunity in Brisbane for a Clinical Specialist within our Trauma Team. Working alongside Product Specialists, you will provide in‐theatre clinical support to our hospital‐based customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide in‐theatre case support and coverage to Orthopaedic Surgeons and deliver in‐servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff
* Build strong relationships with key Surgeons and operating theatre staff, optimizing opportunities by passing leads to the Sales Team
* Collaborate with Sales teams to drive product adoption, support product rollouts, demos, and evaluations
* Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing training and drive clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in a health‐related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic, etc.) and experience providing clinical support in‐theatre during orthopaedic surgeries
* Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and ability to work after‐hours and weekend on‐call on a rotating roster
* Self‐starter who is results driven and solutions focused, with strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
* Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, organized with good time management skills
