We produce multiple brands including Snowy River and NewGen caravans.OpportunityWe're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dealer Development Coordinator to support our Dealer Development Manager in driving growth and performance across our Dealer network.
In this relationship-focused role, you'll help strengthen B2B connections, provide real-time stock related information and support dealers in meeting key performance targets.Key AccountabilitiesMaintain up-to-date records of all vans from planning, production and dealership stock using dealer portalMonitor and track all van deliveries and collections, including transfers between dealershipsConduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracyReallocate stock within the networkLiaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to coordinate the timely delivery and preparation of vansProduce regular stock reports for management and sales teamsProactively manage delivery ETAs and delays—keeping dealerships always informedEnsure compliance with all company procedures and industry regulationsLog all dealer communications to maintain clear visibility across the full dealer portfolioExecute & maintain a structured video call plan for each DealershipFollow a standardised agendaManage escalations and assist with sales incentivesRequirementsPrevious experience in a dealership, managing stock controlAll-round excellent communication both verbal and writtenSomeone who can prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to multitask and be calm under pressureAbility to adapt to a changing environmentA forward thinker and attention to detailHigh level of competence with MS Office (especially Excel)Experience in the RV industry is not necessary, training will be providedBenefitsDiverse and friendly working environmentRewarding your efforts through a performance bonus programDoes this sound like you?
