About the Position:
Successful candidates will have a strong background in Banking & Finance, with experience in project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions. They will also be eager to learn and grow within the firm, leveraging opportunities for development and career advancement.
* A minimum of experience in a Banking & Finance team within a law firm or a combination of private practice and in-house experience is essential.
* Exposure to multiple matters and industries is highly desirable.
