Redpath Partners are working with an established builder that has been operating for over 20 years. They have created an excellent name in the industry and specialize in commercial recent build and refurb projects up to $25m, covering all regional projects.
They are hiring an Estimator to help tender on various commercial projects throughout Regional NSW.
The culture is supportive, and they will go above and beyond to facilitate career development. This hire is important for them as they would like the individual to be there long term and eventually step into a senior role.
Salary will be up to $150k package depending on experience.
To be successful for this role of Estimator you will need:
1. Experience working on tenders at a minimum value up to $25m.
2. Construction Management degree or other relevant tertiary education.
3. Exceptional construction knowledge & a solid trade base in Regional NSW.
4. Experience with Buildsoft, Aconex or similar software.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships in the construction industry.
You must have experience in the Australian Construction Market.
