What You’ll Do:
* Leadership: Inspire, lead, and guide our team
* Operations: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service.
* Customer Experience: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure they have the best experience possible!
* Quality Control: Maintain food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
* Financial Savvy: Manage budgets, inventory, and cost control.
* Innovation: Collaborate on menu updates and promotions.
* Local Area Marketing: Build meaningful relationships with local clubs, schools, and community groups to drive awareness, support local initiatives, and position Zambrero as a valued community partner.

Qualifications:
* Proven management experience (QSR experience preferred but not essential).

* Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
