What you’ll be doing
Lead and coach a team, recruit and develop team members, and drive performance to consistently raise the bar Work in a quick-paced, high-volume retail setting with clear policies and processes Adapt to change, demonstrate resilience, and think on your feet Ensure safety and customer focus are at the forefront of daily activities
To be successful in this role you’ll have
Experience as a manager in big box or high-volume retail A passion for delivering results and motivating a team Experience coaching and leading large, diverse teams A commitment to safety, customer service, and continuous improvement Robust relationship-building with team members, peers, customers and leaders
