These roles are ideal for motivated people wanting hands-on experience while learning in a real small business environment.
Certificate III in Business Traineeship
Focus areas include:
• Administration and office support
• Customer service (retail, wholesale & online)
• Supporting orders and enquiries for Rocky Gardens products
• Business operations, systems and record keeping
• Basic marketing and data entry
Certificate III in Hospitality Traineeship
Focus areas include:
• Front of House café service
• Customer service and POS operations
• Food and beverage preparation
• Supporting daily café operations
• Learning about Rocky Gardens & Fudge Factory Tasmania products
