About The Role The Administration Officer will play a vital role in supporting the Leadership Team by providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and Accounts Payable management. This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, Coordinating HR processes, including staff absences, leave administration, and replacement arrangements. Managing teacher aide rosters, timesheet administration, and other operational tasks. Preparing and reviewing documents such as meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence. Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and support. Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Leadership Team and ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures. Highly Desirable Skills And Experience Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy school environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in document preparation. Experience in HR processes, including staff scheduling and leave administration. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, parents, and students. A commitment to inclusion and equitable education for all students. This role would suit a highly organised and adaptable individual with a passion for supporting inclusive education and a commitment to excellence in administrative practices.
