The Company
Our Client manages and invests in shopping centre assets, overseeing property performance and growth strategies. We are now seeking a reliable and approachable Administration Assistant to support our team with administration and accounts-related tasks. This role would suit someone with strong accounts or billing experience from any industry, who is confident dealing with people and handling day-to-day enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing invoices and managing billing tasks
* Assisting with account enquiries and reconciliations
* Providing administrative support, filing and data entry
* Answering calls and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About You
* Proven experience in accounts, billings or invoicing
* Strong communication and people skills
* Organised, accurate and reliable
* Comfortable using accounting systems and Microsoft Office
* Positive, team-oriented approach
