Job Description
The role involves working with people with disability to understand their needs and barriers, then develop and action a plan that supports them to build capacity and maximise independence.
* You will work in a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes, collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible support for our clients.
* You will have the opportunity to choose where you work, from home or in one of our clinical hubs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A passion for teamwork and collaboration.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to clients and their families.
* Registration with AHPRA or eligibility to register upon graduation.
